Dear Mark & John,
Here is an example of what a great difference talking to you last night made in my business. You told me that I, being an analytical personality, may tend to spend more time than necessary with clients because I give them too many details and explain too much for too long. I have been doing that thinking that people really need to have all this information and would like to get really educated before they make decisions to first, engage me and second, what type of planning to engage in.
Well, today I called one of my clients who has just completed planning with me, and here is what he said (when I mentioned what I learned about personality types and what I tend to do):

"you are really good at what you do and I could see that and I trusted you. You gave a lot of really good information and a lot of it was very interesting BUT I definitely did not need all of it to make decisions to hire you. In fact, I was ready to move forward and decided to do it relatively soon and you could have done all the explaining I needed in HALF the time. I met with you, saw what you did, decided to do it and then it was like "let's do it, where do I sign?" For a "driver" personality like me, if I see that this makes sense, I am ready to go!" 
He then said, "imagine if you could cut off half the time with each client, how many more deals you could do!"
Boy, was I in for a surprise! Here I was thinking I am giving clients all this valuable education and true understanding of how all this works and many of them do not even need it!!!!!!!

Dear Mark:

I just wanted to let you know how much the Action Plan has done for me. I've been in the mortgage industry for 18 years; 16 of those years as a producing branch manager. I've always closed respectable numbers, averaging 15 to 18 million a year in personal production and running multiple offices in excess of 150 million a year. Everything I did was either by crisis management or by having awesome people working for me. I have never been in the position of running the business. Instead, it's been running me.

With the Advanced Action Plan, I finally have a system that I can measure results. If I do 90% of what the plan calls for, then I will get 94% of the goals we set. In my case, set a $30 million production for myself, and $100 million for the branch.

Those numbers will be surpassed. We are now on target for over $40 million in personal production and the branch should do over $130 million for 1998.

I have all my loan officers on the Advanced Action Plan. They all feel as strongly as I do about your product. By duplicating our efforts every day, week and month; we will have predictable results. That's what the Action Plan does for us.

I am really excited about starting the Sales Masteries program. It seems too good to be true, but then again so did the $350,000. Great talking with you today...I'm find myself humming the "Rocky" theme song when I get off the phone with you!

A funny story that I've meant to mention to you the last month: while showing a listing (a gorgeous new construction 4700+ sq/ft for $1 million) I bumped into the builder and spoke to him for a couple minutes and then again later that day to have a couple questions answered. Total conversation time 10 minutes, tops. A week later he called to have me list the home just because he liked "my attitude!" Synergy puts a spring in my step because I know where I'm going! .

Regarding my professional business development, I'd like to have my chiropractor contacted for a business x-ray and pursue a mutually beneficial referral resource. He just sold his house & bought a home thru me. Now that that is taken care of I'd like for him to know about Synergy. How do we proceed?

Dear ActionVision team,

I just wanted to tell you about the success I have had from ActionVision so far. I know I am pretty new to this system, but I have already made $1000 in just the first 9 days in December.
