Phase 1 - Work together to develop plan
Your Time Requirement: 1-1.5 hoursTime Frame: 4 to 6 weeks.
Work with individual or company in developing a comprehensive, yet simple, twelve month plan which is reviewed on a monthly basis.
- Complete questionnaire(s).
- Complete one hour interview.
- Synergy develops the plan.
- Present plan and thirty minute training on system.
Phase 2 - Work together to follow through on actions in a plan
Your Time Requirement: 30 minutes
Time Frame: Months 1 to 6.
Work with individual or company in follow through on their business plan for six months. Synergy will review plan, and do the following:
- Look for business/professional strengths and weaknesses.
- Identify areas which could be improved.
- Assist in using different tools within ActionVision to increase efficiency.
- Work with individual on personal strengths and weaknesses.
- Identify individual's overall vision.
- Identify goals for increasing productivity in a short period of time.
- Assist with strategies to help balance individual's work and personal life.
- Identify current productivity ratios.
- Review business history.
- Develop three to five major areas of focus and what percentage of focus is required to achieve desired results.
- Develop specific actions which, when completed, will help an individual reach their goals.
- Develop a twelve month plan for implementing twenty key actions.
- Work with three to five individuals to help follow through on goals and objectives.
If applicable we cover the following areas:
- Work to help everyone in organization understand and follow overall vision.
- Work with individuals on penetration vs. expansion strategies. Identify key referral sources.
- Identify where individual has been receiving business and where they believe they should direct their business in the future.
- Complete Pressure Point Analysis on sales cycle or other decision making cycle.
- Establish personal budget for further developing business.

Phase 3 - Completion of one year plan
Your Time Requirement: 30 minutesTime Frame: Months 7 to 12.
Our goal is to work with each individual or company to help them become independent in following up with their key accountability partners on a monthly basis. Synergy Solutions, Inc. typically will continue to work with an individual on a quarterly basis.
Time Frame: On-going effort.
After an individual or company has been through one year of ActionVision, we develop a second year business plan with increased challenges and rewards. We analyze and correlate actions to results, review the first year's progress, make enhancements to the long-term vision or direction of the business and then develop the second year's business
plan. As we work with the individual or company after the first year, we work to develop long-term goals which will then build future twelve month detailed plans back into the
overall master plan.
While it is best to develop long-term goals initially and then build the twelve month goals based on the overall vision, we have found it to be more effective in most organizations
to work with individuals on the twelve month goals for one year prior to developing long-term goals.
