Fully implementing the ActionVision system throughout the whole team will ensure that everyone's talents, skills, interests, and natural abilities are fully realized for the benefit of the team and each individual within the team.

To get started
1. Set up a phone meeting with an ActionVision certified consultant to obtain approval to implement the program.
2. Sign a twelve-month agreement to follow through on your commitment.
3. Agree that everyone on the team will implement the system.
4. (Whole team:) Agree to participate, provide support, give 100% effort, and follow through for 12 months.

Inside Teams
On average (for a team of five individuals), your investment into the plan will represent approximately a 2.9% investment back into your team’s development. Your certified consultant's goal for increasing your team’s overall productivity will be to grow it by 25% to 50% over a nine-month period of time.

Professional Outside Teams
Outside teams are teams of professionals who want to partner together and be coached as a team. An example of an outside team might be comprised of an insurance agent, an accountant, a financial planner, a Realtor, a doctor, and any other professional who could benefit by working together as a team. We recommend that the team leader already be on ActionVision and receive coaching outside of the team. It is also recommended that the group leader charge somewhere between $130 and $200 per month to be part of the team.

By signing this document, you are agreeing to follow through with the system(s) for the full recommended time. If you decide at any time to discontinue using the system, you are acknowledging by signing this agreement that you understand you will not achieve the desired results, will not receive a refund for any money already paid, and will pay for any work completed or services rendered for the full term of the agreement. Without question, individuals who implement the systems over a significant period of time and in a consistent manner will see success.

I understand that Synergy Solutions, Inc. and/or the certified consultant is not required to accept me as a client. If at any time I do not take the agreed-upon actions or do not follow through with my commitments, my use of Synergy's product(s) can be discontinued after one written warning has been issued. No refund will be issued for any product or services already provided.

Questions:
1. If an individual is currently being professionally coached by Synergy or some other company, would they find benefit in being coached as part of a team?

Answer: Not in all situations, but it’s very likely. Team coaching is designed to help a team function together better, and so the dynamics are quite different than with individual coaching. In most situations, the most successful professionals will benefit a great deal from both individual coaching and coaching from a team perspective. Receiving both types of input is similar to professional sports coaching, where individuals receive one-on-one coaching as well as whole-team coaching.
