The Business Masteries six-month development process is designed to help business entrepreneurs and sales professionals implement powerful tools and systems systematically, which will help increase income and decrease the number of hours at work..
There are three ways to increase income and reduce the number of hours worked.

Who Should Attend:

This system is available to a select group of individuals and businesses who have demonstrated that they have the right attitude, understanding, and passion for personal and team success. Qualified individuals will go through an extensive three- to six-month development process to assist them in reaching their full potential in the most effective manner.
Qualification Process:
Individuals must complete a Business X-Ray, which will help determine strengths, weaknesses, potential, overall ability, and openness to implementing new and powerful systems. If an individual qualifies, then there must be a twelve-month commitment to follow through with the systems that will be developed. Tools within this program boast a 95% follow-through rate for those who are selected to participate. Each group can only have a limited number of participants.
Results-Based Pricing:
There are many products and services that claim they will increase your business; but will they link their pricing to the achieved results? No! With Synergy, if you don't earn at least $50,000 extra in income over the next twelve months, you will pay significantly less because your pricing is tied to your results. Note: Pricing is dependent on the integrity of program participants, which is why we are so cautious about who we allow to participate.
Implementation:
It is very important that this system is implemented properly and that the individual fully
"buys in" to the system. If the specific steps are not followed by the individual, he or she may be dropped from the program. The following pages contain the specific steps required for successful implementation.

The first week of the program is an intensive development of the basic foundational pieces that need to be in place to increase your business rapidly. You will learn how to build a winning battle plan for success: how, when, where, and why to use your direct mail, your phone, and your in-person meetings.
This week's principles will help build a strong foundation on which we can develop your detailed business plan over the next twelve months. You will begin to identify which systems need to be implemented to increase your business 50% or more every year for the next four years.
You will also receive your ActionVision business development system, which will provide tools to immediately help build your business. It has been proven that most seminars and training sessions fail because participants fail to follow through with what they learn. This will not happen to you!
You will learn how to do a simple one-minute presentation that will quickly open doors in an easy and effective way. In addition to your own skills, talents, and tools, you will have a team of individuals and tools that will help you reach your full potential. By following the simple steps within the program, you can accomplish more in 30 days than many sales professionals accomplish in five years. The following script will help you do that:
"Hi! My name is ________________, and I do business a little differently than others in the industry. I work with ten to fifteen top professional referral sources and help them increase their business by 25% to 50% and decrease the number of hours they work by 10 to 15 per week. The way I do this is by implementing systems that will increase your business even when you are not working. Would you like to set up a 20-minute appointment to see if you qualify to participate?"

After accomplishing more in week one than most sales people accomplish in their first three years, you will be ready for week two. You will have learned during week one that you do not want to be doing the GOOD things, but you want to select the GREAT things. You at least will have selected your five referral sources and will be ready to bring them added value like you've never dreamed possible.
Learn the basics of your foundational personality and what that means to your business as well as your personal life. Scientifically select individuals to assist you in reaching your full potential in business in the least amount of time.
You will work with a certified business consultant/ trainer to build your own personal twelve-month detailed plan. He or she will assist you in building a plan to reach your dreams in all areas of your life, taking into consideration your personality, strengths, weaknesses, skills, and contacts.
After being on the system for only eight days and investing only a few hours in the proper areas, you will be in a position most experienced salespeople only wish they could find themselves. While you are busy applying what you learned during the week, Synergy will be busy applying its principles beyond the classroom time you have invested.
Every minute in the classroom is designed to be productive and profitable for you. Now would be a great time to get excited, knowing that you will have the ability, tools, and confidence to go into any office of any professional and determine if they are good enough to work with you!

- Send out first relationship mailing to past clients and referral sources.
- Complete week three of ActionVision's 8-week business development schedule.
- Deliver your first two Business X-Rays with complete presentation.
- Obtain three referrals from the presentations.
- Do two more Business X-Ray interviews.
- Review funnel tracking strategy
By the third week of training, you will be amazed at where you have taken your business and how much more you know about building a successful business. By now you have probably had to pass up additional business as a result of attending the development sessions. You now have the mental toughness to understand that closing a deal here or there for $1,000 in income is not as important as building your own special empire and selecting special people like yourself with whom to do business.
Sound to good to be true? It's all very simple, actually. Help someone else make a great deal of money. Make sure they continue to need you to keep making that money, and they will do business with you. Is it easy to understand? Yes! Is it easy to do? No! If it was easy to do and to follow through with, then everyone would be doing it. But they aren't, and you are! Why do you follow through when they don't? Because you now understand the costs for you not to follow through, and you also have the proper tools to simplify the process.
Start your first mailing and have the confidence that you now have the next six months of mailings completed. You no longer have to worry about consistency because you now have a system in place that will do the work for you.

- Begin preparing materials for a smart mailing system.
If one of your referral sources were to have ten leads, how many of those would they turn into business? The average in most industries is one out of ten. That would mean that your professional referral sources will only get paid for 10% of their work.
If they are not being paid for 90% of the work they do, how hard do you think it would be for them to earn a great deal of money without significantly increasing the number of hours they work?
If asked, most large income-producing referral sources do not want to increase their income. Why? Most individuals equate more income with additional hours of work. After twenty-six weeks, you should have most of the great habits necessary for running your company successfully.
The key to increasing your income and decreasing your time is really very simple. Build your business based on systems and helping others to reach their dreams. Congratulations! You have made it successfully through the entire program. You have learned more in six months than most business people will learn in a lifetime. What's even more important than learning, though, is the application of the knowledge.
You may be wondering why this program has been so successful for you when you may have started many things in the past and not followed through. The secret of the success is -- you! The training, systems, and tools have all been designed to help you follow through. Great work!
Some individuals will think, once they have everything in place, that they have learned the lessons and do not have to maintain the discipline. If you choose to do this, your business probably will not go down immediately. The systems you, as president of your own company, have implemented are so powerful that our experience shows that it will actually take four to five months for your business to be severely impacted by a lack of discipline.
Once an individual drops the ball, it is very hard for them to recover. Do not make this mistake. If you do recover, the cost for this mistake will usually be over $100,000 in lost income.
