1. Is there an easier version of ActionVision "ActionVision Lite"?
The easiest way to get started on ActionVision is to take it a small piece at a time. Start with the "Yellow Detailed Startup Program" and then watch the video. The Express Connection will give you an easy way to get started by just focusing on one or two things each month. Within a few months, with the assistance of your ActionVision certified consultant you will determine which pieces are the best for you.

2. Why is the print on the plans so small?
ActionVision has been developed and designed over many years. Everything on the front page of your plan is designed to allow viewing of all necessary information. Having all that information available in such a small space takes some getting used to. Within 30 to 60 days you will be able to locate all necessary information at a glance. You'll also understand why we worked so hard to squeeze it all on to one page.

3. When I first look at the plan it seems so complicated.
There are a number of things being measured and tracked. It has taken many years to fine tune the ActionVision system to enable all the necessary information to be located on the page in an order which is conducive to quick analysis and review. Others have found that once they have an understanding of where the information is located on the plan, it becomes very easy to understand and implement.

4. How am I supposed to follow up on all the actions?
While the plans are limited to 20 major actions, it can be overwhelming to try to do everything all at once. It is not unusual for an individual to complete only 20% to 30% of the actions at the start. It is important to remember that the plan is where you want to go, not where you currently are. Your certified consultant is trained to assist you in following through on your actions based on your strengths, weaknesses, skills, and personality. In most situations, you will be making significant progress within 60 to 90 days toward getting many more of the actions completed every month.

5. I don't understand how to do every action.
While it is important to have a basic understanding of most of the actions, there will be some that need to be further defined as you implement the system. Many users have said that they feel it is important to give yourself some time to really absorb the information and actions within the plan. Your board members / accountability partners, in addition to the certified individual working with you to implement the plan, will also play an important role in assisting you with a better understanding of how to complete each action.

6. I feel overwhelmed right now. Will it get any easier?
It's common to feel a little overwhelmed with the whole system when you first receive it. Everyone needs some time to become comfortable. If you are still uncomfortable at 60 to 90 days, please let your certified consultant know. Sometimes adjustments are needed. Completing the monthly survey will also assist us in monitoring your progress toward your WOW experience.

7. How much time do I really need to invest in implementing the system?
We recommend that you review your plan once each month with your board members / accountability partners. We recommend that you take 20 to 30 minutes each month to do that. Some individuals will review their plan on a daily basis for three to five minutes, while others will review it once each week. The minimum amount of time is three minutes each month. The system is designed to literally become a part of your subconscious, so that after a few months your daily focus will be in line with your plan. Because of this, you spend very little time actually working on the system, as you begin to enjoy the benefits of it becoming a part of your life.

8. Is this like a monthly report card?
The ActionVision is not a report card! We encourage individuals to view it more like a pulse of how they are doing in completing the actions necessary to reach their dreams. Sometimes individuals will become frustrated too quickly by not completing their actions and will feel that ActionVision is not working for them. Actually, it is doing exactly what it is designed to do: assisting in identifying areas of strength and areas in which you need to improve. Don't be too hard on yourself as this will take away from your success. This is designed to be a long-term, life-changing system. Remember, you didn't get to where you are overnight and you won't change overnight. ActionVision and your certified consultant will be there monthly to assist you in reaching your dreams.


9. Is the plan flexible and can I change the plan as I work with it?
We recommend that an individual not make changes to the plan for 90 days. After that, changes and enhancements may be made and are usually noted on the reverse side of the plan. In most situations, the actions need not be changed. Users have found that specific actions sometimes take on whole new meanings as the system is used. ActionVision has a great deal of flexibility and will adjust with you.

10. Is there any other system out there like ActionVision?
ActionVision has never replaced anything an individual, company, or organization currently has in place. ActionVision takes whatever system is in place and makes it more efficient and effective. The approach, tools, systems, methods, and speed with which it can be implemented make the ActionVision system totally unique.

A funny story that I've meant to mention to you the last month: while showing a listing (a gorgeous new construction 4700+ sq/ft for $1 million) I bumped into the builder and spoke to him for a couple minutes and then again later that day to have a couple questions answered. Total conversation time 10 minutes, tops. A week later he called to have me listthe home just because he liked "my attitude!" Synergy puts a spring in my step because I know where I'm going! …

Regarding my professional business development, I'd like to have my chiropractor contacted for a business x-ray and pursue a mutually beneficial referral resource. He just sold his house & bought a home thru me. Now that that is taken care of I'd like for him to know about Synergy. How do we proceed?
