Thank you for requesting a proposal for leadership development for your organization. The following proposal has numerous options because I was not aware of what the specific objectives would be, your budget, and who would be implementing the pieces.

If your organization wanted to implement the full program, be aware that it is designed to help implement leadership systems which would be carried many years into the future. These tools, programs, training, and systems are designed to accomplish more goals in less time and produce greater results for the time which is invested. They are also designed to encourage more in depth involvement by its entire membership.

All tools, programs, training, and systems are designed to have the ability to be taken over by the association or the management company at some point in the future. This affords your organization the opportunity to modify, customize, and provide the ultimate in flexibility and power for best implementation and maximum benefit. The full program is designed to be implemented with minimal time investment from those already working very hard for your organization. See the following proposal for estimated time requirements.

If implemented properly, there will be an overall reduction of time required for those in leadership and results will start to become evident within three months of starting the full program. With this being said it is important to remember that the organization didn't get to where it is overnight and it won't change overnight. We have designed the full program to gradually enhance the overall effectiveness of the entire organization.

Please let me know which options the board is considering. We would require a phone interview with two to three key individuals as a prerequisite to working with your organization as we have found that some organizations are not ready for the full program.
