Thank you for your interest in our Membership Development System. This system is designed to help organizations bring benefits to their members as well as provide tools and systems to bring on new members.

Synergy will only provide the program to a limited number of organizations each year as it costs a great deal of time and money for us to implement the systems. We do not charge the organization, which is why we have chosen to limit the number of those with whom we work. We decide whom to work with based on leadership, enthusiasm, resources available, commitment, follow-through, and overall business potential.

This system can be implemented on a small-scale basis, or it can be provided for every member. One of its primary strengths is that it can systematically bring people into your organization in a systematic manner to ensure quality control and assist new members in understanding the value of their membership.

We can either work to implement things very quickly or take years to implement specific pieces that bring the most value to your organization and its membership. We understand the unique needs of working with organizations that rely largely upon volunteers. We understand how busy everyone is and how demanding membership often can be, with little appreciation for all the hard work that is done by the staff and all the things which are required.

This system is designed to assist you, and Synergy resources are available to help in any way we can. We will not push anyone as we respect and value your time. Please provide us with direction on what you would like to do, to what degree you would like to do it, and specific times by which you would like to accomplish those actions. We will work very hard to provide all the necessary resources to help you accomplish your goals in the stated time frames.
