Introduction:
The Management Masteries system is designed to help individuals within your organization to reach their full potential. This system is available to a select group of companies who have demonstrated that they have the right individuals in leadership who have a passion for personal and team success. Teams that go on this system will work together more successfully and efficiently to achieve the vision of the team.
Implementation:
It is very important that this system be implemented properly and by fully implemented by everyone on the team. This system has been developed and refined over many years, and the financial investment to implement the system is significant. Because of the significant investment required, those implementing the system must agree to follow each step within the system. If the specific steps are not followed by everyone on the team for the full duration of agreement, then the team understands that they may be dropped from the program. The following pages contain the specific steps required for successful implementation.
Result-Based Pricing:
There are many products and services that say they will help you increase your business, but are they willing to be paid less if it does not work? No! Synergy is so confident that this system will be effective for your company that it has developed a "two tier" pricing system. The first tier consists of a small monthly retainer for which you will receive thousands of dollars worth of products and services. Only when the system begins to accomplish the agreed-upon results does Synergy look to your company for payment of the balance. If the system does not work for your company, then you do not pay the "second tier" charges. It is that simple!
Your only risk is the monthly retainer you pay for using many of Synergy's products and services -- your insurance for great value on your investment!
Benefits You Receive
* Significantly reduced costs:
Individuals can become certified in the system, which will save their company thousands of dollars to implement the program on a long-term basis. Certification enables a company to affordably implement the system for everyone in the company. Rather than paying $1,800 for a standard ActionVision business plan for each individual (or $5,200 for an executive level plan), certified individuals could develop company plans for as little as $270 plus $18 per month for certification maintenance. This can reduce a company's cost by 80% to 95%.
ActionVision can be used by the CEO of your company as well as by the part-time high school student. Other companies using the system have said that they believe it assists them in building their dreams, visions, and culture throughout the entire company.
* Time savings for management:
Certification takes a minimal amount of time and will save hours of unnecessary management effort. Some managers say they will only manage an individual if they are on the system because of the tremendous amount of time it saves and the overall effectiveness managers believe it brings to those on the system.
Once certified, individuals can complete an employee's interview in one hour. Once the interview is finished, they fax the information to Synergy to develop the full system. Your managers will then be supplied with comprehensive twelve-month plans for each employee.
We recommend that the manager invest about thirty minutes a month into each individual. Because it is a proactive system, it will save the management team hundreds of hours a year. If a manager is unable to invest the thirty minutes a month, surely he/ she can complete a review in as little as five minutes. Just think of the power of investing only five minutes in an individual and gaining an overall perspective of that individual's strengths and weaknesses and how you can help them reach their personal and professional dreams.
* Increase efficiency and effectiveness:
By becoming certified, you may implement the system in the way you believe is best. You can get better results than Synergy could by fully implementing the system because you know your business and staff better than anyone else. Synergy will transfer to your management team its knowledge of the system, tools and powerful business principles to enable them to reach the next level.
You will also have access to Synergy's staff to implement and follow through with the system if your team management runs low on time or resources. We will be there to assist you on an as-needed basis, and we are available as often as you wish. Our clients find that we bring a very refreshing attitude to the table.
Success Of The System
The success of the program lies within you, the management team, and those throughout the entire organization. We have found that most leadership teams have amazing skills and talents that often are not fully utilized. We have also found that very effective, efficient leaders often have individuals around them who are good but inefficient workers. We often find that by using the Management Masteries systems, organizations will discover that doing the same actions with the same people in a different order will produce dramatic improvements. It is similar to a phone number; by adjusting the order of the numbers, the results will be totally different. This system will provide the tools to scientifically monitor results and to adjust the actions in order to achieve the desired outcome.

"Three ways to BEST implement the program"
1. Synergy will train current management to administer the program and systems.
If you already have a great management team in place, your best option may be to have Synergy train your team for a predetermined period of time and then turn the program over to the current management team to implement the Management Masteries system. Once the systems are fully customized to work within your company, your current management team will then maintain the programs and systems. Synergy will work with the management team on a quarterly basis to further enhance the systems to maximize the results.
2. Synergy will work with the management team to run the program.
Synergy will bring in a small team of individuals to quickly customize the systems to meet your company's needs and goals. Once the systems are in place, a determination will be made regarding which portions of the system should be managed by your management team and which portions should be managed by Synergy's team.
3. Synergy will act as your sales management team.
Synergy will bring in a team of individuals with special training and skills to implement systems and tools that will help your team members "reach beyond their dreams" in every area of their lives. Synergy can also provide recruiting, hiring, and sales training for your company through the Achievement Plus recruiting and retention system.
Synergy has seen the best results in companies whose sales managers have multiple responsibilities and do not focus exclusively on sales management.

Companies have found the flexibility of this system to be one of its best selling points. Because there are three major levels of service, you choose which level best fits your overall needs as well as your budget.
Since you are in control, you have the ability to minimize the financial commitment on a monthly basis while maximizing the overall service you receive from your Synergy management team. This also ensures that you are not paying for more than you need and are getting the top value for your financial investment.
Level 1: (Estimated value of package over six months: $45,000 to $110,000)
1-1: ActionVision plan for managers and monthly follow-up
1-2: Certification of one individual (level 1 certification)
1-3: Work with certified individual to develop and follow through on plans developed for others in the company
1-4: Mind2/ business development seminar two times a year (half-day seminars)
Level 2: (Estimated value of package over six months: $75,000 to $150,000)
ActionVision:
2-1: ActionVision plan for management, monthly follow-up, and phone consulting support
2-2: For each individual certified within company, plan development for five individuals
2-3: Certification for up to three individuals (level 2 certification)
Other products and services:
2-4: Mind2/ business development seminar four times a year (half-day seminars)
2-5: Two-hour weekly business development sessions for four weeks
2-6: Two-hour monthly business development meetings
2-7: On-site license for MaxSys (individual licensing fee separate: $77.50/each)

Important Note: On all three levels, substitutions may be made for products or services, which will provide the best value and overall best return for the client. Overall value of the substituted product or service will be as great or greater than the product or service that is being substituted.

Management Masteries System
Results-Based Pricing
Companies using this system have access to all of Synergy's products and services and will be billed in accordance with standard pricing. The retainer will go toward the overall billing, and the remainder of the billing will be paid according to the overall results of the program as it is implemented.
The following is the standard monthly retainer for different-sized companies:

Users of maintenance level are dependent on company completing full program and have key individuals fully certified. Company must demonstrate that they have ability to achieve company goals and overall financial returns based on using the system to move to maintenance levels.
How can Synergy offer results-based pricing?
We get results! Companies will often promise great results, but they don't deliver and still earn a great deal of money. Is that fair to you? We don't believe it is, and that is why we have developed this program. When we deliver, we earn a great deal of money because you earn a great deal of money.
The retainer covers a portion of Synergy's costs and expenses and ensures that your company is serious about implementing the systems and tools developed by Synergy.
What if a company attains great results but does not pay?
We have never had this happen. A main reason for which we have had such great results is that we select companies that have strong foundational values and a very hard work ethic. Once companies work with Synergy, they understand that we are serious about results.
Hourly billing
While most of the services rendered will be based on preexisting products or services, there is the probability that some custom consulting work will need to be completed. The following is the hourly consulting rate based on certification in the ActionVision system. ActionVision certification standards are predetermined and based on specific levels of expertise, experience, and knowledge.
Certification Level Hourly Consulting Rate
Level 1: $ 70.00 /hr
Level 2: $ 120.00 /hr
Level 3: $ 250.00 /hr
Executive Level 3: $ 450.00 /hr
Travel time is billed at 1/2 of the standard rate. All travel and lodging expenses are the responsibilities of the contracting company.
Management Masteries System
Success Agreement
The following pages consist of the agreement between ________________________ (referred to as the contracting team) and Synergy Solutions, Inc.
The contracting team agrees to follow the agreed-upon plan in the time frames designated. If the contracting team does not follow the agreed-upon actions in the agreed upon time frames, the contracting team understands they may be dropped from the program. There shall be no refund of fees paid.
Synergy Solutions, Inc. agrees to complete all the agreed-upon actions in the agreed-upon time frames. If Synergy does not complete the actions, they understand that the contracting company may discontinue the relationship. Synergy will not be paid for services rendered over and above the original agreement.
If Synergy achieves the written objectives in the agreed-upon time frames, then Synergy will be paid for all services rendered outside of the monthly retainer. If the written objectives are not achieved, then the contracting team will not be liable to pay Synergy for their services.
If the contracting team believes Synergy has made a significant contribution to the team while not achieving the overall objective, the contracting team may choose to pay Synergy for a portion of the services rendered for the agreed-upon period of time. If at the end of the period of time Synergy has not been paid in full for services, Synergy, may choose to discontinue the relationship or modify the agreement with the consent of the contracting team.
The monthly retainer shall be $____________ for a contract period of ________ months. The maximum dollars in services that Synergy will invest each month, on average, will be $___________. The first month's payment is due up front, and the monthly retainer will be paid by the 25th of the month prior to the beginning of services. Synergy will provide an accounting of services at least every other month.
