	To receive discounts on multiple sessions, all sessions must be purchased and paid for at the same time. Instructor's travel, lodging, meals, and classroom accommodations are the responsibility of the sponsoring company. Each session runs approximately two hours. For groups of 100 or more, a base of $2500 will be charged. 50% of all proceeds after the $2500 base is covered. Example: 200 people in attendance at $50 per person for total proceeds of $10, 000. Money charged by Synergy: $2,500 and 50% of $7,500. Materials charge: There is a $9.00 per person, per session charge for materials. 			Time Frames for Sessions: Each session contains approximately 60 minutes of instructional materials. Case studies of real-life situations are the magic that makes all the materials come alive. In addition, there is up to 60 minutes of customized training and classroom exercises specifically designed to enhance the learning process in a fun environment. Session Size: The ideal size for maximum participation is between 8 and 12 participants. For groups of 30 or less, special breakout group sessions are recommended. For groups between 30 and 100 special preparations are recommended. We do provide individualized executive training as well as customized training to meet a company's specific needs. Audio or video taping of sessions is prohibited.
