Purpose
To explain simple steps which only take 10 minutes per day to implement to decrease the number of hours you work by 10 hours per week and increase your income by 25% to 50% over the next twelve months.

Overview
To achieve one's full potential, work fewer hours, and earn more money, it is essential to form a professional team. To get the most out of your Business X-Ray, it is best to have a certified ActionVision consultant on your team and have access to the full ActionVision system. The ActionVision system contains numerous tools and systems which help a strong team come together in an exciting way. For GREAT results, it is best to have everyone on the team integrating their business efforts into one master strategy. When everyone is on ActionVision, these results develop much more easily.

Big picture:
By working directly with your certified consultant and/or sponsor, you can work 10 minutes per week and systematically decrease the number of hours you work. Knowing what you need to do to increase your business without actually taking action is worthless, which is why you need to work with your sponsor or certified consultant to help you keep on track. The following steps will help you to follow through on specifics, which will help you to achieve your dreams and goals in every area of your life.

1. Sit down with sponsor or certified consultant and go over the X-Ray.
2. Determine a written plan with commitments from all parties for 15 minutes per week.
3. Commit to follow through and hold one another accountable.

3 Easy Steps

"If you give us 10 minutes a day, you'll get 10 hours per week in extra time!"

1. Review your Business X-Ray.

Take advantage of your sponsor's knowledge, training, experience, resources, and systems. Don't reinvent the wheel!

To obtain a basic understanding of what the Business X-Ray can do for your business, it will usually take 15 to 30 minutes to give you a big-picture overview with your sponsor or certified consultant. This can be done in-person or over the phone. It's best if the meeting does not go beyond an hour; you'll probably come up with too many good ideas, and it will probably be impossible to follow through on much of anything.



2. A written plan.

It's great to have the best intentions, but intentions don't do anything to help you achieve your full potential--taking ACTION does! The following few pages will help you and your sponsor or certified consultant to develop a simple outline of actions for both parties to complete, which won't take more than 10 minutes per day to do.

3. Make a commitment, not a goal.

Make the assignments so easy that they only will take you 10 minutes per day to do. If you are unable to handle that, then plan on only 15 minutes per week. Even that will produce great results if you follow through. Work with your sponsor or certified consultant to ensure follow-through, and don't let one another off the hook. The following pages will help to determine what specific, easy tasks (with minimal time commitment on your part) need to be done to increase your income and decrease the number of hours you work, helping you to achieve your full potential in every area of your life.

Business Advancement Strategy

The Business X-Ray is such a powerful tool that it will provide you with enough material to work on for at least a year, and maybe two or three. Remember, you didn't get where you are overnight, and you won't change your business overnight. If you do, the changes probably won't stick, and before long you'll just be back to where you were before you started.

The magic to make this work for you is in selecting a little task that you can do consistently which will make a great big difference. By taking small steps consistently, over time you will make huge progress in your business and your life.

Tools I have found to be helpful

Build your own solution based selling system.

Take the above document and use as a template. Look at each area within the X-Ray and identify what solutions, expertise, tools, assistance, support, ideas, etc. that you personally can provide to clients or that your company provides for you. Look for solutions which will bring added value to key clients, referral sources, members, vendors, or anyone else who is essential to your success, which will save them time and reduce the number of hours they are working.

Remember

The only way you will earn extra business from those individuals for whom you sponsor an X-Rays is to do the following steps. If you do not do these steps, you will get a fraction of the results you should be receiving from your investment of time, money, and resources.

1. Get all information on pages 4, 5, and 6. (Multiple choice and "Other Business Information")
2. Do initial added value consultation .
3. Get everyone to sign Business Relationship Agreement.
4. Develop a written plan and follow through on it.
5. Follow up weekly with phone calls.
6. Bring added value monthly to reduce their time at work & increase their income!

NOTE: We have never seen anyone take these steps on a consistent basis with a group of ten or more without success.
